We would like to congratulate Derek on his vehicle he was awarded from Second chance cars. Second chance cars, Gavin foundation and United States court teamed up at the Devine Recovery Center for the ceremony. Second chance cars receives donated vehicles and has area vocational high schools refurbish them to support men and women that are in need of a low cost, reliable vehicle.
