Eileen’s House for Women

Eileen’s House
Opened in 2022, Eileen’s House became the Gavin Foundation’s first residential treatment program exclusively for women. Located in Lower Mills, this 30-bed facility—formerly a convent at St. Gregory’s—serves women ages 18 and older from Greater Boston who are recovering from substance use disorder.

Designed to meet the unique needs of women in recovery, Eileen’s House offers trauma-informed, gender-specific care in a supportive and empowering environment. Residents have access to licensed addiction professionals, individualized and family-focused services, case management, recovery coaching, job training placement, and support for family reunification.

With a focus on healing, connection, and reintegration, Eileen’s House provides a vital space for women to rebuild their lives and return to their families and communities with strength and purpose.
