JOB TITLE: Program Director, Eileen’s House
REPORTS TO: VP of Clinical
SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Program Director is a key leadership role at our Female Residential Treatment Facility specializing in substance abuse. This position is responsible for overseeing clinical and operational staff, fostering relationships within the organization and with external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Director will play a crucial role in program development, budgeting, and maintaining service quality.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop, implement, and evaluate programs tailored to meet the needs of individuals substance abuse treatment services.
· Supervise and mentor program staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.
· Manage administrative tasks including documentation, reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards.
· Oversee budgeting processes to ensure financial resources are allocated effectively across programs.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including families, community partners, and funding agencies.
· Collaborate with social work and behavioral health professionals to integrate 12-step and holistic approaches into program services.
· Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and outcomes.
· Facilitate training sessions for staff on best practices in program management and service delivery.
· Oversee Medically Assisted Treatment compliance and referrals.
· Experience with Virtual Gateway, Third Party authorization requirements and processes
· Familiarity with MA DPH RFR and Licensing requirements.
· Co-lead bi-weekly treatment team meetings.
· Ensure that monthly safety drills are conducted.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the addiction treatment industry.
· Proficient in program management and development strategies that enhance service delivery.
· Excellent administrative skills, including documentation, reporting, and compliance oversight.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse populations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree related to human service/substance abuse field
· Relationships with key stakeholders and local service providers
· Ability to motivate staff and volunteers
LOCATION: Onsite, in-person
SCHEDULE: Base Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (flexible), nights and weekends as needed.
