Our Intensive Treatment Services program is a 64-bed healthcare facility that provides Acute Treatment Services (Detox) and Clinical Stabilization Services to adults struggling with alcohol or drugs, including heroin and prescription drugs. The programs offer separate units for men and women and focuses on stabilizing individuals, enhancing their motivation to change, and linking them to continued treatment and collateral services. Clients are admitted by licensed nurses 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The program is staffed by highly skilled, licensed professionals who work with each client to develop an individualized treatment plan and determine appropriate aftercare.
Acute Treatment Services (ATS) include detoxification – medically monitored withdrawal services – to ensure that clients go through the physical symptoms of discontinuing their drug or alcohol use safely and comfortably. Clients also receive education, motivational interventions, and case management services to guide them to the next level of care. The average length of stay is three to five days.
Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS) use evidence-based practices to provide a bridge between initial withdrawal and the next steps to sustainable recovery. Clinical interventions and treatment focus on managing symptoms and ensuring that clients have the coping skills and tools necessary to build a strong foundation for long-term recovery. The average length of stay is 14 days.
